These terms govern access to Unexposed.ai, the @unexposed/image-gen package, and related image generation services.

Using Unexposed

You may use Unexposed to submit image generation tasks, choose supported models, and receive generated output. You are responsible for prompts, source images, account credentials, and any output you choose to use or publish.

You must not use Unexposed to:

  • break the law or violate another person’s rights;
  • submit content you are not allowed to use;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, overload, or interfere with the service;
  • distribute malware, credential material, or harmful automation;
  • misrepresent output as human-created where disclosure is required.

Accounts and Tokens

Access tokens identify your account and authorize task submission. Keep them private. We may revoke or rotate tokens if we believe they are leaked, abused, or used in a way that harms the service.

Models and Licenses

Model availability can change. Some models are open weight, some are community licensed, and some may have additional use restrictions. You are responsible for checking the model license before using output in a commercial or regulated setting.

Where a model is provided by a third party, the third party’s model license and acceptable use terms may also apply.

Billing

Paid features, if enabled for your account, are billed under the plan or usage terms shown when you sign up or receive access. We may refuse abusive or fraudulent usage.

Content and Output

You retain your rights to prompts, source images, and generated output, subject to any rights held by others and any model license restrictions. We do not claim ownership of your generated output.

Generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

Service Availability

Unexposed may change, pause, or discontinue features. Early access and preview functionality may fail, be incomplete, or change without notice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Unexposed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risk, or create legal risk for Unexposed or others.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice through the site, package, or account channel.
