Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
This policy explains how Unexposed.ai handles data for the website, @unexposed/image-gen package, and related image generation services.
Data We Collect
We may collect:
- account and contact data, such as email address and access token metadata;
- billing data, if paid access is enabled;
- task metadata, such as selected model, request time, status, error state, and usage counts;
- technical data, such as IP address, user agent, package version, API endpoint, and security logs;
- prompts, source images, and generated output only as needed to process image generation tasks.
Current Package Behavior
The current @unexposed/image-gen package seals the prompt and optional source image before task submission. The Task Manager receives the account access token, selected model name, and encrypted task payload. It does not receive the generation key pair private key or decrypted prompt/source content from the client package.
Generation infrastructure is still being built. When generation workers process a task, they may need temporary access to decrypted task content to create the requested image.
How We Use Data
We use data to:
- authenticate requests;
- submit and process image generation tasks;
- prevent abuse, fraud, and service attacks;
- debug reliability issues;
- calculate usage and billing;
- improve the product and documentation.
Retention
Our product goal is zero retention for prompts, source images, and generated output after delivery. Operational metadata and security logs may be retained for billing, abuse prevention, debugging, legal, and accounting needs.
If a third-party or Venice-backed model is selected, prompts and source images may be sent to that provider as required to run the model.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure, billing, security, analytics, support, and model providers where needed to operate the service. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Security
We use technical and organizational controls intended to limit access to task content and account data. No system is perfectly secure, so you should avoid submitting content that you cannot risk processing through the service.
Your Choices
You can stop using the package at any time, rotate access tokens, and request deletion or export of account data where applicable law gives you that right.
Children
Unexposed is not intended for children under 13, or for anyone below the minimum age required by local law.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and generation infrastructure change. The updated policy will be posted on this page.
