About Unexposed.ai

London-run private AI image infrastructure, built around freedom, responsibility, and customer control.

London-run European founders Startup-focused Private by design

Freedom To Build

Builders should be able to experiment without surrendering every prompt, source image, and output to a platform.

Customer Control

Unexposed is designed around private generation boundaries, open-weight models, and fewer unnecessary dependencies.

Practical Help

We are open to startups and larger teams that need a clearer path through private image generation.

Unexposed.ai is a London-run company founded in Europe. We build private AI image infrastructure for people and teams who want more control over what they make, where it runs, and what happens to their data.

We care about personal responsibility and freedom. That means we want builders to be able to experiment, create, test, and ship without surrendering every prompt, source image, output, and workflow decision to a platform they do not control.

Why We Exist

Much of AI is moving toward concentration: the largest models, biggest compute budgets, and most important product surfaces are increasingly owned by very large companies, wealthy institutions, and government-adjacent systems.

We think private creative infrastructure should sit at right angles to that. Builders should be able to choose open-weight models, keep generation content away from third-party image APIs, and own more of the path between an idea and a finished product.

Unexposed exists for that space: freedom with boundaries, privacy with practical engineering, and infrastructure that helps customers build instead of locking them into someone else’s gallery, policy layer, or prompt history.

Who We Help

We are startup-focused because startups create jobs, pressure old markets, and turn unusual ideas into useful products. If a small team needs help understanding private image generation, model choice, data flow, or how to ship an AI image feature without leaking customer trust, we want to be useful.

We are also open to larger companies that need a clearer route through private image generation. The size of the company matters less than the seriousness of the problem: customer content, source images, generated outputs, and access keys deserve careful handling.

How We Build

Our direction is to own more of the infrastructure stack as we grow. That does not mean pretending every team should build everything from scratch on day one. It means reducing unnecessary dependency over time and keeping the customer boundary clear.

We use open-weight models because they give builders more choice and more leverage. We avoid third-party image-generation API proxying because customer prompts, source images, generated outputs, and keys should stay inside infrastructure controlled by Unexposed.

We respect open source and want to contribute where we can. We also have to protect customers. Some parts of a secure system are safest when they are public, reviewed, and reusable. Other parts should not expose operational details that make customer systems easier to attack. We will publish what we can responsibly publish, and keep customer security first when we cannot.

Our Position

AI should not become a permission machine where every serious creative act has to pass through a handful of wealthy platforms or state-shaped controls.

People should be free to build what they want, when they want, with tools that make ownership and responsibility possible. That is the company we are trying to build.
